Low Entropy Foundation is looking for a passionate and outgoing In-Kind Donations Volunteer to help secure items that make our events extra special! You’ll play a key role in reaching out to local businesses to request donations of goods or services - from coffee for a community gathering to door prizes or raffle items for a fundraiser.

What You’ll Do:

• Reach out to local businesses (by phone, email, or in-person) to request in-kind donations such as:

  • Coffee or treats for an upcoming event

  • Gift cards, products, or tickets for fundraising raffles or door prizes

  • Supplies that support our community programming

• Build and maintain positive relationships with local partners

• Track outreach efforts and confirmed donations

• Represent Low Entropy with warmth and professionalism

• Friendly, confident, and comfortable initiating conversations

• Organized and dependable

• Passionate about community connection and helping others

• Able to volunteer independently with light guidance
  
  

Time Commitment:
Flexible - most outreach can be done remotely and on your own schedule
