We are seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media efforts and grow our online community. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, brand voice, and digital engagement-and knows how to turn likes and shares into meaningful connections.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions

• Promote chamber members on our social media platforms

• Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok)

• Monitor analytics to track performance and optimize campaigns based on insights

• Collaborate with marketing, design, and other teams to align messaging and campaigns

• Stay up-to-date on trends, tools, and platform updates to keep content fresh and effective

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands, businesses, or organizations

• Excellent written and visual storytelling skills

• Proficiency with scheduling and analytics tools (HopperHQ)

• Familiarity with graphic design platforms like Canva

• Strong understanding of brand identity, voice, and audience targeting

• Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day content creation
