We are seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media efforts and grow our online community. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, brand voice, and digital engagement-and knows how to turn likes and shares into meaningful connections.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions
- Promote chamber members on our social media platforms
Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok)
Monitor analytics to track performance and optimize campaigns based on insights
Collaborate with marketing, design, and other teams to align messaging and campaigns
Stay up-to-date on trends, tools, and platform updates to keep content fresh and effective
Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands, businesses, or organizations
Excellent written and visual storytelling skills
Proficiency with scheduling and analytics tools (HopperHQ)
Familiarity with graphic design platforms like Canva
Strong understanding of brand identity, voice, and audience targeting
Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day content creation

The Greater Phoenix Equality Chamber of Commerce/Equality Chamber Foundation has proudly supported LGBTQ+ businesses and professionals since 1980, working to advance economic opportunity, diversity, and inclusion throughout the region. Our goal is to empower and connect our community through business development, education, and advocacy. From hosting networking mixers and Lunch n Learns to providing technical assistance and our signature Business Boot Camp, we offer programs that uplift entrepreneurs and strengthen our local economy. Our recent achievements include expanding our Drag Performer Coalition, launching new educational initiatives, and launching our Queer Summer and Holiday Markets. Volunteers play a vital role in helping us carry out this work-and we’d love to have you be a part of it.
