RoleDescription
This is a volunteer remote role for a Board Member at the Macie Jo Foundation. The Board Member will be responsible for providing strategic direction, governance oversight, and ensuring the mission and vision of the foundation are upheld. They will actively participate in board meetings, committees, and fundraising activities.

Qualifications
- Experience in non-profit governance or leadership roles
- Expertise in strategic planning and decision-making
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Experience in pediatric healthcare or advocacy is a plus
- Passion for improving outcomes for children and families
- Experience in fundraising or grant writing is beneficial
- Commitment to the mission and values of the Macie Jo Foundation
