Email Marketing Specialist Job Summary
The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and sales. This position requires a blend of technical, creative, and analytical skills to create campaigns that drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.

Email Marketing Specialist Duties and Responsibilities
Design and execute email marketing campaigns that meet organizational objectives
Analyze email campaigns, track metrics, and report on insights
Establish automated email campaigns and optimize existing campaigns
Design and implement email segmentation strategies
Manage email lists and distribution processes
Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM and GDPR
Troubleshoot, test, and optimize campaigns
Stay informed on email marketing best practices
Develop and maintain email templates and other components of email campaigns
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of email campaigns
Email Marketing Specialist Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
Proven experience in email marketing
Expertise in email marketing platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong creative and analytical skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of HTML and CSS
Knowledge of CAN-SPAM and GDPR regulations
