Womenful Voice is currently seeking a volunteer recruiter to join our team! We’re looking for someone passionate about empowering women and promoting our mission. As a volunteer recruiter, you will help us find dedicated individuals who can contribute to our cause.
Responsibilities:
- Create and post volunteer recruitment listings
- Screen applications and conduct interviews
- Engage with potential volunteers through outreach
- Collaborate with our team to understand recruitment needs
- Help organize volunteer onboarding and training sessions
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in recruiting or volunteer coordination is a plus
- Passion for women's empowerment and community service
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
