Administrative Volunteer Needed for Immigration Institute of Bay Area

ORGANIZATION: Immigration Institute of the Bay Area

Immigration Institute of the Bay Area's Brentwood office needs an administrative volunteer, who is available 1-2 days per week, for a minimum of 3 months.

Volunteer job duties are the following:

  • Receive and process incoming mail
  • Scan and upload documents to our cloud
  • Return missed phone calls
  • Process outgoing mail

Founded in 1918, IIBA celebrates over 100 years of serving diverse immigrant communities throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
