As a Welcome Desk volunteer, you are essentially the face of the center, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. Your role involves handling a variety of tasks to ensure smooth operations and a positive experience for everyone who enters.

Telephone Reassurance:

Make scheduled phone calls to older adults to provide support, companionship, and socialization. The goal is to help reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation, and to improve the well-being of the people you call.
