Volunteer for Bergstrom-Mahler Museum of Glass new, mission-based GLASS Arts Festival on Saturday, August 9, 2025, 10am-5pm. This event, will be held on the museum grounds at 165 N. Park Ave, Neenah, WI. "Providing distinction from other art festivals in the area, we are delighted to offer a fun filled admission free event to the community while supporting glass artists and our vendor partners. We look forward to providing a distinctive new experience celebrating everything glass! Popular activities will remain, such as the Kids Tent, musical performances, food, beverages, and new activities such as glass blowing demos, along with local and regional artists selling their work. All volunteers will receive a free drink (non- alcoholic), one alcoholic drink voucher (after your volunteer shift), a free t-shirt and a golden ticket for a free art activity day project.

Description
Bergstrom - Mahler Museum of Glass has served the greater Fox River Valley area, as well as a worldwide glass collecting community since April, 1959. The atmosphere provides a place for all people to experience relaxation, respite and rejuvenation among magnificient objects of art.
Bergstrom - Mahler Museum of Glass houses two prominent glass collections: paperweights and Germanic glass drinking vessels. In addition, the museum holds smaller collections of Victorian glass baskets and contemporary glass sculpture. Several times a year, the museum also hosts temporary exhibitions in glass.

- This is a Done in a Day opportunity and there is no prior training or ongoing commitment needed.
- Must be at least 16
- one to two 2-4 hour shifts
- We will notify all volunteers to come pick up t-shirts for the event and also give them a chance to ask questions about their role and get familiar with the museum.
