Responsibilities:
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
- Maintain and update organizational files, records, and databases.
- Provide support to various projects and initiatives as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of project reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Handle inquiries and provide information as required.
- Assist in the development and dissemination of communication materials, such as newsletters, brochures, and social media content.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with NGO operations and project management is a plus.
