Humanity Pathways Global (HPG) is a new nonprofit fiscal sponsorship organization seeking a talented and dedicated Executive Assistants to join its team. At Humanity Pathways Global, our mission is to create self-sustaining communities by empowering individuals through equitable access to education, economic resources, and social justice. We are committed to nurturing holistic community development that respects human dignity and unlocks potential.

Position Overview:

As part of our long-term sustainability strategy, we have established a new investment management division to diversify revenue streams and to reduce reliance on fundraising efforts to subsidize our operations. We are seeking a Director of Asset Management to lead this new initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead team of investment analysts.
  • Develop and implement investment strategies across various asset classes.
  • Oversee portfolio management, risk assessment, and capital growth opportunities.
  • Track performance metrics and optimize capital allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with nonprofit financial regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align investment goals with organizational sustainability objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in investment management across multiple asset classes (equities, derivatives, fixed income, etc).
  • Strong knowledge of portfolio strategy, trading tools, and risk management methods.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and optimize financial opportunities.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and strategic thinking to drive capital growth.
  • Ability to work in a remote setting and maintain reliable communication with leadership.

Founded in 2022 by Gilbert Foust, HPG serves as a fiscal sponsorship organization, supporting other nonprofits in achieving their missions. Its initiatives include education programs, vocational training, leadership development, and community advocacy, with a strong focus on addressing systemic disparities and promoting holistic community development.

HPG's flagship program, the Global Youth Leaders for Humanity (GYLFH), embodies its mission by nurturing young leaders equipped to address global challenges through mentorship, cross-cultural immersion, and leadership training.
