Always Present Hospice is looking for compassionate and giving individuals, or groups, that would like to share their musical talents to greatly enhance the lives of others. Music has the power to bring comfort and joy to hospice patients at an emotional time in their lives. Whether you sing, play an instrument, or both, all talents are welcome. Always Present Hospice volunteers are provided training and mentorship, both in the classroom and onsite, to ensure that they are well prepared and confident with every patient interaction and enviroment. Description
Providing care in Gilbert and the surrounding area, our RN owners have over 65 years of combined nursing experience and see our own, beloved, family members in the eyes of every patient we serve. We are a small agency with the goal of providing personalized, dignified and respectful care to each, and every one of our patients, just as we would hope for our own family members.
It is our goal, through the care we provide that our patients and their loved ones will have the opportunity to create special moments and memories in a comfortable, caring, dignified, and respectful environment, where the wishes and desires for their personal journey are our priority and duty.
