Always Present Hospice is in search of individuals who are compassionate and have a warm heart to become a Companionship Volunteer. As a Companionship Volunteer you would have the opportunity to visit our patient, either in their homes or at a care facility, and build a friendship that will make an incredible difference in their lives. Whether it is sharing conversations, playing games, or reading aloud, these simple yet meaningful interactions can bring immeasurable comfort and joy to our patients. Description
Providing care in Gilbert and the surrounding area, our RN owners have over 65 years of combined nursing experience and see our own, beloved, family members in the eyes of every patient we serve. We are a small agency with the goal of providing personalized, dignified and respectful care to each, and every one of our patients, just as we would hope for our own family members.
It is our goal, through the care we provide that our patients and their loved ones will have the opportunity to create special moments and memories in a comfortable, caring, dignified, and respectful environment, where the wishes and desires for their personal journey are our priority and duty.
