Always Present Hospice is seeking a loving, warm, and compassionate person to be a part of our 11th hour volunteer program. An 11th Hour volunteer plays a crucial role as part of a hospice team by ensuring that no patient passes alone. Whether it is sitting with a patient while they pass because family can not be there, or supporting a loved one who needs company at this emotional time, you will be a valuable asset to bring comfort and peace to those in need. Through training and mentorship we will ensure that you feel comfortable and confident in this challenging and emotional role. Description
Providing care in Gilbert and the surrounding area, our RN owners have over 65 years of combined nursing experience and see our own, beloved, family members in the eyes of every patient we serve. We are a small agency with the goal of providing personalized, dignified and respectful care to each, and every one of our patients, just as we would hope for our own family members.
It is our goal, through the care we provide that our patients and their loved ones will have the opportunity to create special moments and memories in a comfortable, caring, dignified, and respectful environment, where the wishes and desires for their personal journey are our priority and duty.
