Volunteer Opportunity: Make a Difference in Our Community!
Favor’s Table - a nonprofit organization in Maryland is seeking "committed" instructor volunteers to join our team for the 2025 ESOL- English classes in Greenbelt Maryland . If you have a passion for teaching and a desire to support Spanish-speaking adult immigrants as they improve their English language skills, we would love to hear from you!
Commitment: To teach on a weekday or weekend - Saturday. We will work with your time.
No prior teaching experience is required. Your time and effort can have a lasting impact on the lives of our students, helping them build confidence in speaking and writing English.

To eliminate hunger and provide basic necessity to less privileged in a supportive manner. We aim to empower, mobilize and build self-determination among youth, women and less privileged individuals by providing training and connecting them with educational opportunities and resources in the community.
Description
Favor’s Table was established in 2020 during the pandemic to cater to the needs of less privileged in Maryland. Since inception, Favor’s Table serves about 200 people during its biweekly food, clothing and household items distribution. Fabor’s Table has recently opened its family resource center in Greenbelt Maryland where training , classes seminars and other events to empower the community is held. We hold financial literacy employment readiness and ESOL classes every week for less privileged and provide referral services to the community.
