Integrity House is New Jersey’s oldest non-profit provider of comprehensive substance use services. We have been a trusted source since our founding in 1968, and our goal has remained constant - to help individuals and families experiencing addiction and mental health conditions measurably improve their health and overall quality of life. Operating programs in Kearny, Morris Plains, Newark, Secaucus, and Toms River, we serve over 3,000 individuals through our treatment programs each year and thousands more through our community outreach programs.

Every other year, Integrity House hosts a beautiful and impactful Gala - our biggest event and a primary fundraising vehicle for agency programs and services that require additional support. This year’s Gala will be on November 21, 2025 from 6-9 PM at Hilton Short Hills in Short Hills, NJ.

We are looking for dynamic volunteers who would like to be part of organizing and executing this wonderful evening by joining our Gala Committee. Gala Committee members play a key role in shaping and executing a memorable evening that directly supports individuals and families impacted by substance use and mental health challenges.

Gala Committee Member Roles (Choose One or More!)

• Creative Planning - Bring fresh ideas to enhance the Gala experience

• Silent Auction - Secure donated items and help assemble auction baskets

• Fundraising - Assist with selling tickets, securing ads for the ad journal, and obtaining sponsorships

• Outreach - Spread the word through social media, email, and flyers

• Event Setup - Help with set up on event day

• Registration - Greet guests, manage check-in, and distribute materials

Time Commitment

• May - November 2025

• Twice-Monthly 1-hour meetings (virtual and in person) Refreshments provided.
