About Us:
We are a grassroots NGO working for the upliftment of Dalit communities in rural Andhra Pradesh through education, clean water, and development programs. As we grow, we're seeking enthusiastic volunteers to support our efforts in identifying and building relationships with institutional donors.

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a dedicated volunteer to assist in identifying institutional donors (foundations, CSR wings, philanthropic organizations) and building a robust donor database to support our fundraising strategy. This role is ideal for someone interested in nonprofit development, research, and social impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and compile a list of potential institutional donors (Indian and international).

  • Analyze donor interests and alignments with our NGO’s focus areas.

  • Maintain and update a donor database with contact info, funding areas, application deadlines, and grant history.

  • Assist in outreach strategies to connect with identified donors.

  • Track application timelines and support the proposal team with donor-specific information.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Strong research and data organization skills.

  • Basic understanding of institutional funding and nonprofit operations.

  • Familiarity with tools like Excel/Google Sheets, Airtable, or donor databases is a plus.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • A genuine interest in grassroots development and social equity.
