About Us:
We are a grassroots NGO dedicated to rural development and empowering Dalit communities through education, clean water initiatives, and livelihood support in the Kurnool district of Andhra Pradesh. We're currently expanding our impact and seeking passionate volunteers to support our fundraising efforts through grant writing.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Grant Proposal Writer to help us craft compelling proposals to secure funding from foundations, CSR partners, and other donors. As a volunteer, you’ll play a key role in helping us reach underserved communities with life-changing resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential funding opportunities aligned with our mission.

• Write and edit clear, persuasive grant proposals and concept notes.

• Work closely with our project manager to understand programs and gather required data.

• Assist in writing cover letters, LOIs (Letters of Inquiry), and progress reports.

• Maintain a database of submitted grants and deadlines.

Who We're Looking For:

• Excellent written communication skills in English.

• Prior experience with grant writing or fundraising is preferred but not mandatory.

• Ability to understand and communicate our work to a global audience.

• Self-motivated and organized, with good attention to detail.

• Passionate about social impact and equity.
