Talents that bring peace, comfortor a moment of joy to others would mean the world to Hospice Patients and Their Caregivers. We intivite you to join Well Being Therapies at Patriot Hospice. A volunteer based initiative offering comfort and care to those who are greiving or facing emotional challenges while in hospice care. Whether through calming touch, creative expression, or acts of kindness, your time and sklls can make a meaningful difference.
We are currently seeking volunteers in the following areas:
Peace of mind
- Reiki
- Yoga / Meditations
- Qi Gong Guides
- Massage Therapists
Peace of person : Barbers, Hair Stylists Nail Technicians
Peace at Home: Garden helpers, Dog walkders, Car Washer
Peace in Memory: Photographer, Writers to preserve life stories, write letters or memorials
When: When your schdule permits
Where: Community Locations / Patients Homes in a geographic area convenient for you
Why: Because small acts of care can be powerful tools in healing and connection
