RBTF NGO of Environmental Protection - Medical rescue and Global Defence MTÜ needs you as an HR specialist.

We want to expand our community, and we need you for this:

These are your tasks:

• You grow the community by looking for new volunteers, advertise positions and conduct interviews
• You draw up contracts with volunteers and do the induction with them
• You design training courses in our Moodle LMS on the topic of HR
• You actively shape the HR area and continuously improve it
