Are you looking for a meaningful way to give back to your community? Do you have a vehicle (SUV or larger) and a valid driver’s license? Join our team as a Thrift Store Transport Volunteer at Thrift & Fund by Low Entropy Foundation!

Role Overview

As a Transport Volunteer, you will play a key role in helping our thrift store operate efficiently by transporting unsellable items to a designated location 15-20 minutes away. Your support ensures that our store remains organized and that all items are redirected responsibly.

Responsibilities
  • Arrive at the store on a weekly basis: either Friday mornings or Saturday mornings.

  • Check in with staff to confirm which items need transport.

  • Load items into your vehicle from the back door of the store.

  • Drive items to the designated location and unload them as needed.

Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license

  • Access to a vehicle (SUV or larger) for transporting items

  • Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy items

  • Punctual and reliable
