Women's Resources of Monroe County needs volunteers for 2021-2022! Volunteer counselor/advocates are needed for our 24 hour crisis hotline. Other volunteer opportunities are also available. Volunteer to be a hotline crisis counselor and provide the support that victims and survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault need. No previous experience required. A free training class is available to volunteers whose only desire is to help others.

Women’s Resources offers FREE and CONFIDENTIAL services for anyone who has been a victim, or family members of victims, of domestic and/or sexual abuse. Established in 1980 we have grown and expanded our services to meet the needs of victims and survivors in our area. Domestic and sexual abuse know no boundaries - women, men, children, teens, LGBTQ+, young and old; anyone can be a victim of abuse, therefore anyone can be eligible to receive services at Women’s Resources.
