Are you tired of our dysfunctional politics and believe California deserves more than two political parties? Join the movement for multiparty democracy through proportional representation - and help reshape the future of California!
We're a nonprofit dedicated to ensuring every voice counts and every vote matters. We are currently recruiting volunteers in Los Angeles to canvas local communities and spread awareness about how proportional representation can empower voters and revitalize our democracy.
What You’ll Do:
- Knock on doors, talk with neighbors, and educate voters about proportional representation
- Collect petition signatures and engage people in meaningful conversations
- Represent a nonpartisan, grassroots movement advocating for fairer elections
Location: Oakland, CA & Berkeley, CA
Schedule: Flexible - weekends and evenings available
No experience needed- just your passion and a little time

Description
ProRep brings together Californians who believe a better democracy is possible - one in which all voices are heard. We are building a coalition of political parties, activists, academics, and non-profit organizations to seed a grassroots movement for meaningful electoral reform. Together, we will bridge the gap between the public demand for change and real action, because California deserves a 21st-century democratic system capable of addressing 21st-century challenges.
