Volunteering with Luminary Hospice is a rewarding way to bring support and comfort to the lives of hospice patients and their families. A volunteer visit can provide patients with companionship, boost their self-esteem, and decrease loneliness. Volunteers also report feelings of increased peace, purpose, and general optimism.

Requirements

Our patients' health and safety are our top priority so we may provide a great environment for the patient and volunteers. All volunteers must complete the steps below and special training before meeting with patients.
