Cinco De Mayo Festival Booth for Denver Inner City Parish

ORGANIZATION: Denver Inner City Parish

We will be hosting/ working two booths (one soda and one beer) each day of the Cinco De Mayp Festival. We are seekig volunteers for a couple shifts for each day to help us run a soda and beer booth for our organization.

The event is at Civic Center Park.

The shifts run 6 hours- either 9am-3pm or 3pm-9pm each day

We are needing folks primarily:

3pm-9pm on Saturday May 3rd

9am-3pm on Sunday May 4th

3pm-9pm on Sunday May 4th

The Denver Inner City Parish is a nondenominational, non-profit agency dedicated for the past 60 years to serving the secular and spiritual needs of West Denver's low-income community.

Our Goals

  • Education and Youth Development - focusing on education and development so at-risk youth create larger visions for their lives and become role models for future generations.

  • Hunger Relief - meeting clients’ basic needs and reducing food insecurity.

  • Health and Wellness - increasing access to and consumption of healthy foods, access to nutrition and resource education, and increasing access to active lifestyle options by participants.

  • Community Support - providing services and resource and benefit navigation support for people of all ages.
