• This is an unpaid volunteer opportunity.
• Associates are expected to put in a minimum of 5 hours per week and be responsive to emails within 36 hours.
• STW™ welcomes volunteers who are seeking skill-based volunteering opportunity. STW™ shall provide "letter of recommendation" professionals who demonstrate outstanding contribution for professional references

SUMMARY:

STW™ is looking for an Operations Associate who will support the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations of the organization. The role requires an individual who can efficiently prioritize tasks, who is organized and able to communicate effectively with the rest of the organization.

• Support in day-to-day operations.
• Assist in creating and implementing operational processes to support proper functioning of STW™.
• Interact positively with various levels within the entire organization.
• Attending meetings & capturing minutes of the meeting
• Fill the timesheet regularly.
• Should be able to attend meetings as scheduled in the EST timezone.

• Associate Degree completed with 6 months to 1-year full time/part time paid corporate/non - profit work experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in the usage of Google Drive, Gmail and knowledge of Google Drive and MS Office tool suite.
• Attention to detail and being able to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Demonstrates both tact and ability to respect confidentiality.
• Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to be flexible through changing priorities
