This is a unique leadership opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact. You will work closely with ERI’s core leadership to co-create, manage, and implement innovative programs.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in organizing and launching new initiatives aligned with ERI’s mission.
Revise and enhance content on our website to reflect current goals, values, and programs.
Design and coordinate a fundraising campaign to support upcoming projects.
Schedule and facilitate meetings, helping to ensure smooth communication and operations.
Provide strategic input in planning and outreach efforts.
Passionate about sustainability, human rights, and grassroots empowerment.
Strong writing and content creation skills.
Organized and proactive with experience in project or campaign management.
Experience with website editing (e.g., WordPress) and digital communication tools a plus.
Comfortable working remotely and collaborating in a flexible, international environment.
Approx. 8-10 hours/week, flexible schedule
Minimum 3-month commitment
Hands-on leadership experience with a global NGO.

Earth Rights Institute (ERI) takes an innovative approach to join education, advocacy and research in building ecologically, economically and culturally sustainable communities in some of the world’s poorest communities. Earth Rights Institute advocates a model of development that supports the re-localization of development expertise. We believe that in order to empower communities of the global south to manage and direct their own development, strategies and expert knowledge must be conceived locally. ERI is a United Nations NGO affiliate for ECOSOC, UN Habitat, UNCSD, and UN Finance and Development.
