StolenYouth, a Seattle-based nonprofit, works to prevent child sex trafficking and exploitation and empower survivors. On May 6th, we will have our 13th annual Not On Our Watch fundraising luncheon where we'll be announcing the launch of a new prevention education program. We are looking for 10-15 volunteers for various parts of the event, including set up, assisting attendees, and clean up. If you have some time to give we would love to have you join us!
Details of the event:
- Tuesday, May 6th, 2025
- Expected attendance: 500 people
- Seattle Convention Center - Summit
- Attendees begin to arrive for coffee and conversation: 11AM
- Program: 12-1PM
- Parking validated
The shifts aren't exclusive -- if you'd like to volunteer through the entire event, you are very welcome to!
Morning set up : 8 - 11AM - 10 volunteers to help set up centerpieces, signs, table numbers, etc.
Event: 11AM - 1PM - 12 volunteers for registration/check-in, handing our programs, greeting attendees
Cleanup: 1 - 3PM - 10-12 volunteers to help with picking up table packets, cleaning up the ballroom (probably will not go this late)
