We’ve been approved for a Google Ads Grant and are seeking a skilled volunteer to help us make the most of this opportunity.

Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented volunteer to help us manage our Google Ads Grant. This person will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and maintaining ad campaigns to raise awareness of our programs, drive traffic to our website, and promote events and resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns in line with Google Ad Grant policies

• Conduct keyword research and develop targeted ad copy to support campaign goals

• Monitor performance and optimize campaigns to maximize click-through rates and conversions

• Ensure compliance with Google Ad Grant guidelines to maintain eligibility

• Collaborate with our team to identify priority programs, events, or resources to promote

• Provide monthly performance reports and recommendations for improvements

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with Google Ads, ideally with non-profits or Google Ad Grants

• Strong understanding of keyword strategy, audience targeting, and ad copy best practices

• Familiarity with Google Analytics and basic performance metrics

• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail

• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and the mission of Harmony Movement
