Are you passionate about community engagement and love planning events? STAR House is looking for a volunteerSeasonal Community Event Coordinator to help us bring people together through meaningful, family-friendly outreach events this summer.

In this role, you’ll help organize events, schedule volunteers, and coordinate logistics to ensure everything runs smoothly. This is a great opportunity to build your skills in event planning, community outreach, and leadership-while making a real impact in our local community.

As a volunteer, you will:

• Help plan and coordinate summer outreach events

• Schedule and communicate with volunteers

• Organize supplies and logistics for event booths

• Collaborate with STAR House leadership and other committee leads

• Represent STAR House with warmth and professionalism at community events

Commitment:

• 3-5 hours per week (flexible schedule)

• Primarily in-person events, with some virtual planning and check-ins
