Join us for a meaningful and fun day supporting childhood cancer survivors at our annual Cocktail Fundraiser! We’re looking for amazing volunteers to help us make this event unforgettable. Whether you're into setup, guest interaction, or behind-the-scenes help-we have a spot for you!

SETUP (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM)

We need 8 volunteers to kick off the day:

  • 3 for venue setup (furniture, signage, decorations, lighting)

  • 2-3 for registration/check-in station setup

  • 1 floater for general support

DURING THE EVENT (4:00 PM - 9:00 PM)

50 volunteers will help keep things running smoothly:

  • 4 at check-in/registration & check-out

  • 2 at wardrobe

  • 36 for guest guidance (welcoming, wayfinding)

  • 2 at the "Wall of Memories"

  • 2 at the Silent Auction table

  • 2 floaters for breaks/support

  • 2 to play with children

We’ll host a quick training beforehand so you’re ready to represent the foundation and answer guest questions.

CLEANUP (9:00 PM - 10:00 PM)

10 volunteers to help us wrap up:

  • 4 for teardown (decor, signage, etc.)

  • 2 for trash/recycling & general tidying

  • 4 for packing up food, drinks, and supplies

3 Shifts

  • Thu May 01, 2025 - 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST - Spots available: 7
