The Annual Sevier County Fair celebrates, promotes, and recognizes the rich traditions of agriculture, family, and community for all of our residents. Through education, exhibits, and fun, we ensure that the customs and traditions of hard work and self-sufficiency carry through into the future

Description

We are a non profit 501(c)3 organization located in Sevierville TN. Annually we have a community based agricultural fair the last week of August. We will be celebrating our 90th year in 2025. We are an internationally award winning fair from IAFE (International Association of Fairs and Expos), the state fair association from TAF (Tennessee Association of Fairs)as the Champion of Champions, Most Improved, Runner Ups in our division and many other awards. We provide a safe family friendly atmosphere for our volunteers. The volunteers have many different options from setup and take down, working intake while the exhibits come in, gate duty, contest help, and helpers in exhibit hall, etc. We have a youth group for school age from 9th to 12th grade who are in charge of our eating contests and helping in the animal kingdom. We provide incentives such as free lunch or dinner during our intake days, a volunteer appreciation party after the fair is over, and we have the volunteer of the year.
