NorthStar Home Hospice provides care to people with life limiting illnesses who live in their own homes or assisted living facilities throughout the Greater Cincinnati area. As a licensed hair stylist or barber, you have an amazing opportunity to help hospice patients feel special! By volunteering a few hours of your time each month, you can help people on hospice care feel good about themsevles with a fresh new hair cut and/or style!
Volunteers are an integral part of our hospice team! We provide ongoing support, comprehensive orientation/training, and screenings at no cost to you. Once you complete your orientation/training and screenings, we will strive to assign you close to your home or work, and based on your schedule and availability.
