Humane Animal Resuce (HAR), is a foster based a animal rescue focused on treating animals humanely. We rescue pooches and pussies from pounds across VIC and NSW and place them into foster care where they get ready to find their forever homes.

Transport volunteers, help move animals to and from, vet appointments, and between carers across the Melbourne region. If you decide to join HAR you will fill a crucial role at HAR and play a part in saving animals lives! Transporters can also transport supplies between donatators and supply drop off areas.

To be a HAR transporter you will need to be living in the Melbourne, Australia area and need a drivers licence and a car. Transport volunteers will have support from the Leadership team and other transporters at HAR, all transport requests go up onto facebook page that youll be added to and a facebook chat.

Now your probably wondering how much time you'll have to put into a volunteer role like this! You can take on transport reuwests when it suits you!
