Honoring those being challenged by cancer by harnessing the healing powers of wind, water, and sail.

We are expanding our national board of directors and are seeking passionate individuals with expertise in:

✅ Legal / Nonprofit Attorney - Governance, compliance, or healthcare law experience preferred
✅ Nonprofit Finance & Accounting - Budgeting, fundraising strategy, financial oversight
✅ Strategic Leadership - Business growth, nonprofit development, or governance experience
✅ Fundraising & Development - Major gifts, donor relations, sponsorships, or grant writing
✅ Marketing & Communications - Branding, PR, social media, and community engagement
✅ Corporate or Philanthropic Leadership - Strong connections in the corporate sector or foundation world
✅ Healthcare & Cancer Support - Medical professionals, caregivers, or those with lived cancer experience
✅ Sailing & Outdoor Enthusiasts - Individuals connected to the sailing or outdoor community

• Provide strategic leadership and guidance to Sail Beyond Cancer USA

• Attend quarterly board meetings (virtual) and actively participate in committees

• Support fundraising efforts and help build relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners

• Serve as an ambassador for SBC USA, advocating for our mission and impact

• Contribute time, expertise, and connections to help grow the organization
