Have you attended a WIS Negotiation Bootcamp in the past and want to gain experience leading your very own cohort? Or maybe you haven’t had the chance to attend a session yet, but want to prioritize building your own leadership skills while learning powerful, career-changing negotiation skills!

There is no experience required to volunteer as a leader - we will guide you through the Negotiation Bootcamp curriculum and provide support so you can lead your own cohort of Negotiation Bootcamp. Time commitments are flexible around your schedule.

Description

Women in Science Portland (WIS PDX) is a local nonprofit organization dedicated to educating and advocating for underrepresented genders and sexualities in STEM in the Portland area. WIS PDX provides networking opportunities, professional development and skill building workshops, scholarships, and other resources to support women and gender minorities at all stages of their STEM careers. We aim to provide connection, community, and career development opportunities in an interdisciplinary forum in order to empower, advance, and retain women and gender minorities in all science spaces.
