ORGANIZATION: Boys & Girls Clubs of Portland Metropolitan Area

The Team Coach guides a Youth Entrepreneur Team through the Lemonade Day program and sales competition. Responsibilities include helping the team select a name, create lemonade recipes, set prices and goals, build a budget, develop a marketing plan, decorate their stand, prepare customer service, and manage supplies. Coaches also report sales activity to Lemonade Day Central for tracking. The main objective is to ensure the team has everything needed to successfully operate and compete.

Description

Boys & Girls Clubs of Portland Metropolitan Area is a youth development organization for kids from 6-18 years of age. We have five Clubs in the greater Portland Metro area, as well as school-based extensions in the Reynolds and N. Clackamas School Districts. We serve over 8,000 kids annually with after-school and summer programs.
