Show Up Utah and Thanksgiving Point are excited to announce the 4th annual Show Up for Summer Service Fair taking place June 9th from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m.! At this event, individuals and families will have the opportunity to connect with over 60 non-profit organizations, discovering volunteer opportunities that fit their interests and schedule. This event is presented by Ryan & Ashley Smith Foundation in partnership with Thanksgiving Point, UServeUtah, JustServe.Org and One Kind Act a Day.

We are currently seeking volunteers to help make this event a success! If you or your organization is interested in this opportunity, you can fill out our volunteer form and register for any number of shifts we have available!

Get ready for an afternoon of service and fun! Numerous service projects will be available at the fair along with exciting activities including prize drawings, food trucks, bouncy houses, face painting, jugglers, chalk art, a live DJ and more.

Description

UServeUtah, the Utah Commission on Service and Volunteerism, was created by state statute in 1994 and is comprised of 20 members representing local government, community based organizations, and statewide networks, as well as a small staff. As the state's central coordinating body for service and volunteerism, the Commission is responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining a vision and culture of civic engagement and national and community service within the state.
