As a Volunteer Partnership Associate, you will support the organization in identifying, developing, and maintaining strategic partnerships with corporates, non-profits, academic institutions, and government bodies. You will help create meaningful collaborations that enhance our impact, sustainability, and program reach.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential partners aligned with Techrity’s mission and goals.
• Support in drafting partnership proposals, letters of intent, and collaboration documents.
• Assist in maintaining the partnership database and ensuring regular partner follow-ups.
• Participate in partner meetings, take notes, and help coordinate action plans.
• Work with the communications team to highlight partnership milestones.
• Monitor partnership performance and support reporting and feedback collection.
• Help organize partnership events, webinars, or campaigns.
• Assist in building decks, presentations, and donor engagement materials.

Requirements

• A passion for social impact, technology, and community development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Prior experience in partnership, fundraising, or business development (preferred but not required).
• Ability to commit 5-10 hours per week.
