The Forest Service is seeking candidates that have a love for the outdoors with a camp trailer, RV, or cabover camper. Ideally, they will be able to work well with Forest Service personnel and have patience with the public.
Lye Creek Campground has 13 campsites, 1 large group campsite, potable water and three vault toilets. The season is typically from May/June to September/October.
Duties include: Light campground maintenance, restroom cleaning, assisting visitors with questions and issues.
Lye Creek Campground is about 60 miles North of Winnemucca Nevada, its nestled in a beautiful aspen stand with a small creek running through it. Lots of beautiful flowers and scenery, amazing wildlife from Mule Deer, Big Horn Sheep, Antelope, Sage and Ruff Grouse.
