Summary

The Roselands Horticultural Society holds its meetings in a hybrid format where members
can attend either in person or virtually via Zoom. The AV Technician is responsible for
maintaining the technical environment needed to have hybrid meetings monthly. Computer
equipment needed to facilitate hybrid meetings will be provided by the Society.

Responsibilities
* The AV Technician works, in all aspects, as a member of a team and will receive
support from the Executive Board.
* Sets up and monitors technical equipment for hybrid meetings.
* Sets up and monitors Zoom meeting environment for hybrid meetings.
* Advises Executive Board on technical set-up and technical aspects of hybrid
meeting format.

Skills & Experience
* Ability to work well with a team and shares knowledge as needed
* Has working knowledge/experience in computer/IT equipment and Zoom software.
* Communication and problem-solving skills.
