At the Neurability Foundation, we’re inviting a few thoughtful, compassionate individuals to join our board of directors. This is a call to those who care deeply about the lived experience of ADHD-not as a disorder to be fixed, but as a different way of seeing and being in the world.

Our work is rooted in empathy, science, and a belief in practical solutions. We use artificial intelligence and emerging technologies to design tools that help people with ADHD thrive in everyday life-tools that support focus, memory, organization, and emotional regulation in ways that feel intuitive and human. As a board member, you’d meet with us quarterly over video, offer guidance and perspective shaped by your own experience or expertise-whether in technology, education, mental health, nonprofit leadership, or finance-and contribute modestly to help fund our mission. It’s not about big titles or big checks; it’s about thoughtful participation and a shared commitment to making things better.

Your presence on the board would help shape something meaningful. The tools we’re building are small steps in the vast frontier of neurodiversity-little lights in the dark for people trying to manage their day, their mind, their sense of self. When someone with ADHD finds a moment of calm, a bit of clarity, or even just a way to get through their to-do list without shame or overwhelm, that’s impact. And that impact ripples outward-to families, schools, workplaces, and communities. With your help, we can keep our work grounded in both science and kindness.
