Join us to pack, sort and organize hygiene items that will be distributed to schools and shelters, police stations and senior centers.
These volunteer opportunities are available twice a day on Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 am - 10:30 am and 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm and Wednesdays from 1:00-2:30pm. We can take up to 30 individual Volunteers per each session.

Giving The Basics aims to bring improved health, hope and dignity to struggling children and adults through the procurement, fulfillment, and distribution of hygiene products.
Description
We are America's Hygiene Hub. With your help, Giving The Basics provides the necessities of life that most people take for granted such as laundry soap, shampoo, deodorant, toilet paper and other personal care hygiene products to registered and approved locations.

- This is a Done in a Day opportunity and there is no prior training or ongoing commitment needed.
- Must be at least 14
- 1.5 hours
- All Volunteers over the age of 18 must create an account on our online volunteer system and agree to the online waiver. If a volunteer is under the age of 18 a Parent / Guardian must sign an online waiver.
