Workshop & Event Implementation Specialist

ORGANIZATION: HUMANITY PATHWAYS GLOBAL

About the Role:

We’re looking for an organized, creative, and passionate Workshop & Event Implementation Specialist to help us lead the planning and execution of trainings, workshops, and special events for youth around the world. This is a potential leadership volunteer role in the Program Department, focused on bringing curriculum and programming to life, from large virtual summits to regional service training and beyond. If you love managing moving parts, rallying teams, and building impact experiences from the ground up, this is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning and coordination of all HPG-led workshops, summits, and training events
  • Develop event timelines, logistics plans, and session flow
  • Collaborate with Curriculum team to ensure workshop materials are aligned and ready
  • Coordinate with the Admin and HR teams for volunteer assignments and scheduling
  • Serve as point of contact for workshop facilitators, support staff, and speakers
  • Track event readiness, manage pre- and post-event checklists in Asana
  • Collect participant feedback and contribute to program improvement

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Strong experience in event or training coordination (nonprofit, education, or corporate)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Comfort leading volunteers and managing multiple timelines
  • Familiarity with Zoom, Google Drive, Asana, and other digital planning tools
  • Ability to lead virtual events and coordinate across time zones
  • Passion for youth development and mission-driven work

Time Commitment:

  • 5-20 hours/week (flexible based on event cycle)
  • Fully remote
  • Monthly team meeting with Program Department
  • Major event windows may require additional coordination time
