In our Hospice program we are working towards the National accreditation with We Honor Veterans. Providing excellent care for not only our Hospice patients but for those who have served our country.
We are hoping to find Vet who can come alongside of our patients who are nearing the end of their lives. Sitting, sharing stories, reading and most of all listening.
