Description
Become A Certified Ombudsman
Our team of volunteers visit 400+ facilities regularly to observe the environment and advocate for individuals when there are issues.
Requirements for becoming a Certified Ombudsman:
- Age 18+ with a reliable car, driver's license, and insurance
- Background check (and fingerprint)
- Training (education and shadowing hours)
