Event Description:
Rocky and Rosie's is hosting our 70's Disco Fundraiser to support youth mental wellness! Come in your best 70's outfits and dance the night away to a live DJ, participate in a costume contest, and bid in our silent auction, all while enjoying delicious refreshments. Proceeds will benefit Canine Youth Leaders workshops on responsible pet ownership and therapy dog interactions, promoting mental well-being through positive experiences with animals. Your participation helps provide valuable resources for our community's youth.

We need support with checking people in, managing the evening schedule, silent auction, and enjoying the 70s!

At Rocky and Rosie’s Dog Kingdom, our mission is to address youth mental health and promote responsible dog ownership through therapy dog interactions and educational programs. We are dedicated to providing a supportive environment where youth can interact with therapy dogs, aiming to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression among participants. By fostering these meaningful connections, we strive to create a positive impact on the mental well-being of young individuals and their families, while also educating the community on the benefits and responsibilities of dog ownership.
Description
Rocky and Rosie’s Dog Kingdom is dedicated to promoting the growth of low-income communities through programs that address youth mental health and responsible dog ownership. We provide direct services to children by offering therapy dog interactions that help reduce stress, anxiety, and depression in a supportive environment. Our educational programs actively involve families, creating a collaborative learning environment. We offer numerous volunteer opportunities, building a strong community network.
