Join United Way of Palm Beach County and CROS Ministries in feeding the hungry by picking fresh mangoes. All of the mangoes collected will be distributed to our neighbors in need and will give them access to fresh, nutritious food.
Please wear closed-toe shoes, comfy clothes, and a hat/sunscreen.
*Specific location information will be provided the week of the volunteer project. Volunteers will be sent an email with the location and directions.
ATTENTION: Mangoes are members of the poison ivy family, and their sap can cause skin dermatitis in those who are allergic. We recommend that those with that allergy not participate in this gleaning event.16 More opportunities with United Way of Palm Beach County

United Way evolved from a group of community leaders recognizing the need for a unified effort to respond to human needs, dating back to 1929. The goals and objectives of United Way of Palm Beach County are constantly changing to reflect changes in our local community. We provide funding, volunteer services, assistance with community initiatives, training and implementation of outcome measurement and evaluation, corporate volunteer management assistance and management/program development training.
