The Love Story

We're looking for someone to help with the behind-the-scenes work that goes on with The Love Story. This position would include scheduling meetings for directors, create and write manuals for different positions within the organization and OPs (operation procedures) as needed, act as a go-between for the workshop hosts, attendees, and other outside people and the CEO, help make sure the Discord community runs smoothly, optimize all aspects of a company's daily operations, ensure efficiency, productivity, and alignment with the organization's goals, and relay information about the organization to newcomers. The director of operations will also be responsible for interviewing new volunteers through Volunteer Match as needed.

This job requires a person who is organized, fluent in English, flexible work schedule, experienced with Google Docs, Google Forms, Google Calendar, Canva, Calendly, Discord, and Zoom. The director of operations needed to be a clear and effective communicator, able to respond to messages and emails in a timely manner, manage their time effectively, be passionate about non-profit work, and empathetic and friendly toward everyone within the organization. Applicants need to be able to commit to 5-10 hours a week for a minimum of 3 months.
