Take part in the beautification of Ella Fitzgerald Park by joining The City of Detroit’s 'Motor City Makeover’ initiative to create a cleaner, more welcoming environment that strengthens community pride and fosters connections! Our spring beautification season offers a perfect opportunity to make a lasting impact by revitalizing green spaces and reinforcing our commitment to creating kid success cities.
Volunteers are needed for yard clean-up, litter removal, refreshing green areas, and making small improvements, such as planting flowers and painting. We welcome volunteers who enjoy gardening and take pride in watching our green spaces thrive!

Brilliant Detroit is dedicated to building kid success families and neighborhoods where families with children 0-8 have what they need to be school ready, healthy and stable. We do this by providing proven programming and support year-round out of Brilliant Detroit homes in high-need neighborhoods.
