Volunteering for CF Great Strides is an incredibly rewarding experience that not only allows you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those affected by cystic fibrosis, but also gives you the opportunity to connect with a community of passionate individuals united by a common cause. The event is filled with positive energy, hope, and inspiring stories that remind you why your efforts matter. By volunteering, you’re part of a team working towards finding a cure, and you get to see firsthand how your involvement impacts the lives of families and individuals living with CF. Whether it's cheering on participants during the walk, helping with registration, or assisting with event logistics, every task is an important piece of the puzzle. Plus, you’ll have fun while making new friends, learning more about cystic fibrosis, and feeling the satisfaction of knowing you’ve contributed to a cause that brings hope to so many.

Volunteering Details:

Arrival between 8a-8:30a

• Set up and Breakdown - setting up tents, tables, chairs signs, arch, etc.
• Checking people in and Handing out T-Shirts
• Handing out food
• Running Team Corn Hole Challenge
• Running the Hula-Hoop Contest
• Running the Hat Decorating Station
• Running the Beach Ball Race
• Running the Great Strides Passport Challenge
• I also will need 2 people to go to a local Cumberland Farms at about 9:30 to get the food.
